Leaving

Just a quick note that I'm heading to a family reunion and will be gone for a few days. I'll catch up when I get back.

spinning

I've wanted to do this for some time and finally it happens, on a day that I already feel sick. Well, I definitely made myself sicker. The kids had a ball and all is well.

Water

We went out for a hike the other day and found this gorgeous waterfall in the creek. I played with my SS because I wanted to slow the water down and make it foamy. I really like what I got. I'm sorry I'm not the best at posting my pictures right now. I'm not feeling all that grand.

Picking Flowers

I sat S down not thinking about the clover and she starting trying to pick it. I thought it was to cute. She got frustrated because she couldn't get one. Another thing I noticed is that almost all the pictures I have of her, her feet are always crossed. I never do this. Fun little quirk about her I guess.

Riding a Bike

L figured out how to ride a bike. We don't have a place to ride unless one of the adults walks alongside while he is on the road. It was a very momentous day yesterday. He couldn't wipe the smile from his face. A proud mama moment as well.

Little S

10 months old and getting closer to the 1year mark. My where does the time go.

Happy 4th of July

Of Course I had to post more firework pictures. The kids and I stayed up to watch the fireworks down at the fire station. Everyone loved them including little S. I tried some sparkler shots at 9 is but it was still too light. Maybe I'll try again in a few days, we still have some. :)

Grumpy L

Logan had been playing in the sprinklers but when I pulled out the camera he got grumpy on me. What a picture I got. He wanted me to play with him instead of take pictures. He is totally missing his cousins.

Adorable Q

My little nephew is just too adorable! He reminds me of Sicily. I really wanted to take pictures of him but the only few minutes we had he was sleeping. I got some close-ups that are still adorable. Next time G, M, and Q! Love ya

Mt. Timpanogus

A really late shot but still breath taking. I really wanted to get a picture at dusk but it just didn't work out. Maybe next time.

The Reception

What do you get with 16 kids while trying to take a picture. The babies all start crying. I took more pictures of the reception than the bride & groom so I wouldn't be in the way of their photographer. These are all my parents grandkids minus 1.

Fireworks-day 29

We did some small fireworks one night since you can in Utah. It was a lot of fun and different to shoot. The wind was blowing a bit but I love the effect.

Sparks a flying

I love the kids profiles. I wasn't too sure it would work but it did.

I have camera shake but I love this picture. I love how everyone was lined up watching.

Some fun

Playing catch-up now. We took off on a road trip for my brothers wedding. I think I might have taken too many photos. I'm having a hard time narrowing it down. I had a lot of willing subjects to photograph and not enough time. I think I need to take a "business" trip back.
